Prof. Stephen Kiama Gitahi has officially been installed as the 8th Vice Chancellor of the great University of Nairobi.

In a colorful function held at the Taifa Hall in main campus and steamed online to a global audience, Prof. Kiama took oath office with a clear vision of what lay ahead in terms of spearheading the university to global academic and research excellence.

The School of Business commemorated a farewell luncheon for Prof. Erasmus Kaijage who is exiting out of the service as the professor of Finance. Prof. Kaijage has successfully served at the University of Nairobi for Nine Years, before he served as the Dean of School of Business Dar es salaam University 2000 to 2006. He was earlier the Head of the Department of Finance and also Associate Dean Academic for several years in the same Faculty. He has also been Vice-Rector Academic and Acting Rector of the School of Finance and Banking, Kigali, Rwanda between 2007 and 2009. Prof.
